Opening day meeting
Please join us on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. for our opening day BEES meeting. We will be hosting the meeting in Zoom webinar format. Members may join from home before reporting to their programs or from their building.
The link was sent to members through their personal email and Remind. Please remember that non-dues-paying employees must report to their programs at their regular start time.

Greetings BEES members! Would you like to earn a free in-service credit? We have an exciting opportunity to offer you. A free course is being offered by our state affiliate, NYSUT – A Union of Professionals. It’s called “The Science of Reading – A Practical Approach for Educators” and it is applicable for all grades and both Special Ed. and CTE. This course can be used for NY state CTLE hours, but BEES leadership has worked with the agency, who have agreed that any certificated staff members who complete the course can be awarded 1 in-service credit instead of CTLE hours! (you can still earn CTLE hours if you choose to instead of in-service credit) Sign up today!
